Kate Hewitt x Esselle Home Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
   The promoter of this giveaway is Esselle Home, operated by Esselle Retail Limited.
2. Eligibility
   The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Esselle Retail Limited, Kate Hewitt, their immediate families, associated companies, agencies or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
3. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must follow the entry instructions stated on the relevant Kate Hewitt x Esselle Home giveaway post. No purchase is necessary.
4. Closing Date
   The giveaway closes at 11:59pm (UK time) on Thursday 24 September 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
5. The Prize
   One winning entrant will receive up to five rolls of wallpaper from the Kate Hewitt x Esselle Home wallpaper collection.

The winning entrant will also be able to nominate one friend, who will also receive up to five rolls of wallpaper from the Kate Hewitt x Esselle Home wallpaper collection.

A maximum of ten rolls of wallpaper will therefore be awarded across the two recipients.

6. Wallpaper Selection
   Wallpaper designs and quantities may be selected from the Kate Hewitt x Esselle Home collection, up to a maximum of five rolls per recipient. All selections are subject to availability.
7. No Cash Alternative
   The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative, credit, refund or exchange will be offered. Any unused portion of the maximum five-roll allowance has no cash value and cannot be carried forward or exchanged for another product.
8. Winner Selection
   The winning entrant will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.
9. Winner Notification
   The winner will be contacted using the account or contact details used to enter the giveaway. The winner may be required to provide their full name, delivery address and any other information reasonably required to fulfil the prize.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, Esselle Home reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

10. The Friend's Prize
    The friend nominated by the winning entrant must also be aged 18 or over and resident in the UK. The nominated friend may be contacted directly to arrange their wallpaper selection and delivery.
11. Delivery
    Delivery of the prizes will be arranged by Esselle Home. Esselle Home will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information supplied by a winner.
12. Availability
    If a selected wallpaper becomes unavailable, Esselle Home reserves the right to offer an alternative wallpaper from the Kate Hewitt x Esselle Home collection of an equivalent value.
13. Promotion Administration
    Esselle Home reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity or an attempt to manipulate the promotion.
14. Changes or Cancellation
    Esselle Home reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary, provided that entrants are not unfairly disadvantaged.
15. Publicity
    The winner may be asked for permission to share their first name and/or social media handle in connection with announcing the result of the giveaway. Any additional promotional use of winner content will be subject to the appropriate permission.
16. Data Protection
    Personal information supplied in connection with this giveaway will be used for the administration and fulfilment of the promotion and handled in accordance with Esselle Home's Privacy Policy.
17. Social Media Disclaimer
    Where the giveaway is promoted through Instagram, Facebook or other social media platforms, the promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with those platforms. Entrants release the relevant social media platforms from responsibility in connection with the promotion.
18. Acceptance of Terms
    By entering the giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
19. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Esselle Home "Win Your Order Back" Quarterly Draw - Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: This draw is open to verified Esselle Home customers aged 18 or over.
2. How to Enter: Customers are automatically entered into the draw upon successfully submitting a verified product review via the email link provided post-purchase. One review equals one entry. For a bonus entry, simply share a photo of your new pieces styled in your home on Instagram, making sure to tag @essellehome.
3. The Prize: One winner per quarter will "win their order back" in the form of Esselle Home store credit (issued as a digital gift card).
4. Prize Value & Calculation: The prize value is calculated based on the subtotal of the specific order being reviewed, strictly excluding any shipping fees, taxes, or prior discounts applied. The maximum prize value awarded to any single winner is capped at £500 in store credit.
5. Draw Schedule: A winner will be selected at random on a quarterly basis (end of March, June, September, and December) from all eligible reviews submitted within that respective quarter.
6. Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted via the email address associated with their order within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Esselle Home reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. General: Store credit is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is subject to standard gift card expiration terms. Esselle Home reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.
