Esselle Home "Win Your Order Back" Quarterly Draw - Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: This draw is open to verified Esselle Home customers aged 18 or over.
2. How to Enter: Customers are automatically entered into the draw upon successfully submitting a verified product review via the email link provided post-purchase. One review equals one entry. For a bonus entry, simply share a photo of your new pieces styled in your home on Instagram, making sure to tag @essellehome.
3. The Prize: One winner per quarter will "win their order back" in the form of Esselle Home store credit (issued as a digital gift card).
4. Prize Value & Calculation: The prize value is calculated based on the subtotal of the specific order being reviewed, strictly excluding any shipping fees, taxes, or prior discounts applied. The maximum prize value awarded to any single winner is capped at £500 in store credit.
5. Draw Schedule: A winner will be selected at random on a quarterly basis (end of March, June, September, and December) from all eligible reviews submitted within that respective quarter.
6. Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted via the email address associated with their order within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Esselle Home reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. General: Store credit is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is subject to standard gift card expiration terms. Esselle Home reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.
