Shipping Lead Times
Wallpaper - To minimise waste and overproduction we print our beautiful wallpapers the moment you purchase meaning it may take a maximum of 8 working days to deliver. Usually our orders are fulfilled between 4-7 working days.
Fabric - Our fabric is sold by the linear meter, trimmed at our make-up-house and delivered directly to you. Please allow upto a maximum of 7-working days for delivery.
Made-to-Measure Curtains & Roman Blinds - Our Curtains & Blinds are lovingly made-to-order for your home. Please allow upto 14 working days for delivery for your specified product.
Cushions, Rugs, Runners & Mats - Standard Shipping 5-7 Working Days.
Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with Esselle Retail. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return your order, please review our returns policy below.
Return Conditions
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened in it’s original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Any items that have been opened, used, or altered in any way will not be accepted.
Return Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. After 14 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
All faulty or damaged goods need to be reported to us within 7 days of the order being received please ensure you check our delivery as soon as you receive the goods, even if you are not planning to decorate immediately.
Non Returnable Items
Our made-to-measure curtains & roman blinds are non-returnable. As all of our Curtains and Blinds are made to order, to your exact specifications. If you wish to cancel your order, contact our customer service team as soon as possible on 0333 016 4134 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and we may be able to cancel your order if it has not gone into production (typically within 24 hours excluding weekends)
