Taking accurate measurements for your bespoke curtains is easier than you might think. We always advise measuring your existing curtain pole or track, rather than the window recess itself. Simply measure the full width of the track or pole (excluding any decorative finials), and then measure the drop from the top of the fitting down to your desired length - whether that is falling elegantly to the sill, hovering above a radiator, or pooling sumptuously on the floor. Please Note for eyelet please add 4cm onto your total drop measurement.

What is your returns and refunds policy?

Our usual exchange and refund policy doesn't apply to products that are made to order or made to measure, which cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged. This doesn't affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty. We strongly advise to order a fabric sample before purchase.
