Reverse roll your rug to help it lay flat and reduce creases in the product. Shedding is normal for natural fibre products. Vacuum regularly to remove loose fibres and dirt. Cut any loose fibres carefully with scissors, don't pull them. In case of liquid spills, blot immediately with sponge or damp cloth, do not rub. Professional cleaning recommended. Rotate every 3 months to avoid uneven fading and wear. Lift the rug regularly to allow the floor to be cleaned and aired. Do not re-lay the rug on a wet or damp surface.
